1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The same applies to similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage). Some are needed for the website to work; others are used for analytics or to display third-party content.

3. Legal basis

We use essential cookies without consent because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested (Art. 100 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act, NN 76/22). All other cookies, and external content that sets them, are only enabled with your prior consent (Art. 100 of the same Act and Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, together with the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR, NN 42/18). You give or refuse consent in the cookie notice; rejecting is as easy as accepting.

5. Google Maps

The Contact page contains a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is not loaded until you consent to the “Marketing” category or load it yourself by clicking “Show map”. When it loads, your browser sends Google your IP address and technical data; Google may set cookies and transfer data to the USA (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). 6. How to give or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page or with the button below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. We remember your choice for 6 months and then ask again; we also ask again if we change this policy.
