2. Data we collect

When you contact us via the form, email or phone, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, location and property details, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, the server briefly logs technical data (IP address, time of access, browser) for security and proper operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and perform the agreed services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and for website security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Our hosting provider (Croadria) and email provider (Google) may have access as processors, as may competent authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep enquiries as long as needed to respond and for any resulting cooperation, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting records).

6. Cookies and external content

Without your consent the website only uses an essential cookie that remembers your cookie choice. The Google Maps map on the Contact page (Google Ireland Limited) only loads with your consent or when you click to load it; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. 7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to geosignum@gmail.com.
